The study on chemical properties in Bintan waters was carried out in June 2012. The nutrients, consisting of phosphate, nitrate and silicate concentrations at surface and the bottom layers were analyzed. The dissolved oxygen and pH in water were analyzed as well. In general all the chemical parameters were normal for coastal waters and still good for the life various biota referring to the Quality Standard set by Ministry of Environment (KMNLH). Phosphate, nitrate and silicate concentrations in Bitan waters more higher than those in Subi and Bunguran waters, while pH content were lower than those waters. Dissolved oxygen concentrations was not significant different compared to those in Subi and Bungi wasters, Natuna Archipelago. The fluctuations of those chemical aparameters in teh area were influenced by the condition of surrounding area.
