Description	Brucea javanica is a medicinal plant, which is popular called as “Buah Makassar” or “Kuwalot”. It is a shrub, has compound leaves, flowers arranged in clusters, fruit is hard like stone, oval-oblong shape, green and then black when mature. Almost all parts of this plant can be used as a herbal medicine and has a pharmacological effect as anti piretik, anti poison, anti diarrhea, anti-malaria, immunostimulant, attack parasites and stimulate the formation of red blood cells, but the most frequently used is the fruit.
